YAMAGATA provides order, warehousing, and shipping support.
While we mainly work with 3rd party logistics (3PL), we also offer fulfillment services depending on the circumstances.
We produce, assemble, warehouse, and ship large, medium, and small product lots in accordance with the client's order. We also select YAMAGATA group vendors that would meet the client’s order requirements and conditions and manage these vendors.
While fulfillment services, which range from warehousing and assembly to shipping, tend to be associated with larger quantity orders, we also provide fulfillment services for smaller quantity orders. We also offer temporary warehousing after printed materials are produced.
*We also work with requests in English from overseas corporations and sole proprietorships.

We provide services
that are tailored to your needs

  • Inventory management (product storage)
    • We work with inventory management orders that start with the production of new products.
    • We can also work with orders that start with the storage of existing products.
      When warehousing, we begin with an incoming inspection (quantity and quality).
  • Order
    • We receive orders from clients through order methods that suit the client (via a system, email, etc.), then prepare the products.
    • Order is processed.
    • The requested order forms (purchase order, delivery slip, receipt) are created.
  • Order picking and assembly
    • We sort and package the products as specified.
    • We package products in various types of packaging: different types of envelopes, paper bags, cardboard boxes, pallets, etc.
    • When order picking, we also check for any issues with the product quality.
  • Shipping and delivery
    • Once the appropriate packaging is complete, we perform the procedures to deliver the finished products to their delivery destinations.
    • We select the appropriate shipping carrier depending on the domestic or overseas destination.
    • After shipping, we send our clients the tracking information for their order.
  • Inventory management
    • For existing products being warehoused, we provide our clients with inventory reports by the designated deadlines.
  • Other
    • We also dispose of products that are no longer needed by the client.
    • Creating a branded website for the client.

    We have a meeting with you in person or online to go over the details of your request.
  3. Specifications proposal/quote
    We present specifications and a quote to accommodate your requests.
  4. Consideration
    The client reviews the specifications and quotes we presented and gets in touch regarding their decision.
  5. Specifications with quote summary
    We review the details of your response and provide you with the finalized specifications and quote.
  6. Order
    After we reach an understanding and agreement, the order is placed.
  7. Start of operations
    We begin the storage of products after manufacturing, storage of existing products, etc. in accordance with the client's circumstances.
