Social Initiatives
YAMAGATA Corporation has introduced flexible work arrangements, including telework and flextime, in response to changing social conditions. Putting the safety and peace of mind of our customers, employees, partners, and other stakeholders first, we will continue to take appropriate measures as circumstances evolve.
The YAMAGATA Group acknowledges a corporation’s responsibility to consider the environment while conducting business, and the slogan “We think of the environment in every aspect of our corporate activities,” conveys our desire to become a more environment-friendly company.
In order to bring our customers satisfaction and relief in regards to our products, we maintain high quality standards, while at the same time incorporating measures to create products that are environmentally friendly.
Also, while carrying out our services, such as manual and specification production, translation, planning, web and system development, we handle important and sensitive client information. Therefore, we have implemented appropriate security measures in order to protect all of our informational assets.
Core Labor Requirements Policy Statement
The YAMAGATA Group complies with the core labor standards based on the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. YAMAGATA translates these standards into the following specific objectives:

Not allow child labor
We will not employ children under the minimum age for employment as stipulated by law.

Eliminate all forms of forced and compulsory labor
We will not force unfair labor in any form of employment.

Ensure that there is no discrimination in employment and occupation
We respect basic human rights and do not discriminate based on nationality, race, religion, gender or social status.

Respect freedom of association and the effective right to collective bargaining
We respect the right to collective bargaining by allowing freedom of association and consultation between labor and management.

We will always engage in free and fair competition and will comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the countries and regions in which we operate.
We will not abuse our position of advantage as a contractor to our subcontractors.
【 Prohibition of Corruption 】
We will not engage in any form of corruption, including bribery, money laundering, giving or receiving of improper benefits, extortion, and embezzlement.
【 Rejection of Anti-Social Forces 】
We will reject and will not have any involvement with anti-social forces (including organized crime groups, criminal organizations, and their equivalents).
【 Internal Reporting System 】
We will not retaliate against any allegations of misconduct within the company made by our employees and will work diligently to resolve any reported cases of misconduct.
CSR Activities
YAMAGATA Corporation would like to announce that we are enhancing our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to help create a more sustainable society.
To date, YAMAGATA Corporation has pursued social-contribution initiatives—such as reducing our environmental footprint—through our business operations.
Going forward, we will expand these efforts and promote them more systematically and proactively as part of a dedicated CSR program.
We are currently identifying high-priority areas where we can address social issues and are developing specific action plans.
Once our CSR roadmap is finalized, we will share the details on our website and other channels.
We will also provide regular progress updates and, through ongoing dialogue with our stakeholders, strive to ensure our initiatives remain effective. We appreciate your continued understanding and support.
