We recognize our social mission to protect all personal information handled in creating user manuals and other content for clients in manufacturing, service, and information industries. We therefore comply with all relevant laws and regulations and safeguard the rights of data subjects. To embody the following principles, we have established a Personal Information Protection Management System, which we continuously improve in light of evolving IT, social expectations, and business conditions.

We acquire, use, and provide personal information only to the extent necessary for legitimate business operations—such as creating user manuals and content for our clients—and for employee employment and HR management. We take measures to ensure personal information is not handled beyond the stated purposes.
