When we began the project to redesign the company guide for Company A, a major manufacturer, our first step was a detailed consultation. Through this process, we identified several key challenges: the content was stale and just repeated the website, the design was outdated and ineffective as a sales tool, and it failed to convey the company's atmosphere, which was hurting their recruitment efforts.
To increase its appeal to a younger audience, we drew inspiration from fashion magazines and animated film posters, incorporating trendy color schemes, layouts, and photographic direction. At the same time, we blended in a sophisticated, clean design, reminiscent of an in-flight magazine, to ensure it would be well-received by all age groups.
During the production process, we presented multiple design proposals and refined them through close collaboration and feedback with the client. The copywriting was structured to specifically showcase employee achievements and vividly portray the corporate culture.
Through these efforts, the company guide was transformed. It not only became a more valuable sales and promotional tool but was reborn as a medium that visualizes employee success and strengthens its appeal to a younger demographic.
