Overview & Key Points

Printed materials for the medical field are subject to strict controls that govern not only readability and durability but also ink components and the manufacturing environment. Led by our Quality Assurance Department, we operate under a proprietary integrated management system based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. This forms the core of our "Comprehensive Quality Assurance System," which also covers chemical substance management, waste reduction, and occupational health and safety.

During the remote audit with Company C, we shared our processes in real-time, including our three-step inspection process (pre-press, in-line, and final), batch tracing and component certificate management, our guarantee of not using organic solvents or heavy metals, and our corrective and preventive action workflows for emergencies. Our QA Department provided immediate answers to all auditor questions, allowing us to build a high level of trust in a short amount of time.
