●It was necessary to recruit native language speakers that were familiar with overseas cultures to participate as interpreters (whispering and consecutive interpreting) for meetings and negotiations with overseas development vendors for large-scale projects as well as between partner companies and Japanese companies. Personnel with the same capabilities were also required to handle contract, document, and email translations.
